1995
Bülent Yasin Çağlar's First Production Line
CAGLAR was founded in 1995 by Bülent Yasin Çağlar in Dinar, Afyonkarahisar, manufacturing PVC and aluminium. Quality was defined on our own production line — and that standard still governs every shipment today.

Founder & Owner
Bülent Yasin Çağlar
Set up the first PVC and aluminium production line in Dinar in 1995, and still owns the group's approach to quality and manufacturing.
General Manager
İrfan Ahmet Çağlar
Leads the group's expansion into six sectors, its export network and its digital transformation.

Rıdvan Taha Çağlar
Runs operations from production to dispatch, including quality control and the logistics flow.

Seven centuries of craft, on today's production line.
For centuries, Kütahya's craftsmen worked on surfaces that could never be corrected once fired. The glaze remembered everything. Aristep is the brand that carries this heritage into ceramic stair systems.
